.
1. Residents agree to abide fully and completely with these rules for residence at Ouachita Mountain Recovery. A
signed copy of this agreement will be kept on file for each resident at the center.

2. Rent must be paid every Friday directly to the house manager, and kept up to date without exception. Upon
acceptance into OMRC residents will pay their rent two weeks in advance unless other arrangements are approved
by the House Managers or the Director. Rent will include three meals per day for the first thirty days or until the
resident becomes gainfully employed, whichever occurs first. Residents will provide their own breakfasts and
lunches after the first thirty days or when the resident becomes employed.

3. Each resident agrees that he/she will not damage, mutilate, or otherwise harm any wildlife or plant, will not
damage, deface or destroy any property or physical improvements to the property at Ouachita Mountain Recovery,
and that he or she will be personally responsible for any damages occurring as the result of his or her occupancy
or their invited guests.

4. Weekly House Meeting attendance is mandatory, (which means you must arrange for employment that does not
interfere with these meetings), there are no exceptions to this rule.

5. Curfew hours for all residents will be 11:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 12:00 midnight on Friday and
Saturday. All level I residents will be required to be in the presence of staff or a level II resident when off the
OMRC property for any reason other than work.

6. Level II residents will be allowed one overnight pass per month subject to approval of the Director, their House
Manager and the individual's sponsor.

7. There are absolutely no visitors allowed on premises without prior approval from the house manager. Residents
may have visitors only after they have completed fourteen days of residency, only in the specified visiting areas,
only by visitors approved by the Director and House Managers.

8. Residents will not engage in sexual activity of any kind on OMRC property. Residents will not initiate a
relationship with a person of the opposite sex at any time while in residence at Ouachita Mountain Recovery
Center. Fraternization with members of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited between other residents of Ouachita
Mountain Recovery as well as the general public. This includes but is not limited to suggestive language, touching
and hand-holding. This rule is not intended to prohibit authorized visits and contact with spouses and relationships
established prior to residency at Ouachita Mountain Recovery Center. Keep your contact with the opposite sex brief
and business like.

9.You must see the house manager at least 1 time per week to discuss your recovery program- it does not count as
a visit to discuss program while paying rent, unless the house manager chooses to do so.

10. You must complete Steps 1,2, and 3 and discuss with the house manager by the 3rd week, of residency.

11. Stereos, video games, or televisions are not allowed in the residents bedrooms. Radios and clock radios must
be kept on low volume so as not to disturb the other residents.

12. Your room must be kept neat, with your bed made at all times, rugs vacuumed, toilet cleaned, kitchen area
clean, which means absolutely no glasses, dishes, forks, knives, spoons, etc. left in the sink at any time, and any
trash disposed of in a timely manner.

13. You will be assigned daily and weekend chores (these are mandatory as part of your stay).

14. Any cooking done by residents requires immediate clean-up.

15. House shut downs will occur if chores are not done, the grounds and buildings are not cared for, rooms are not
kept clean, or general attitudes are not in line with house etiquette.

16. No one is allowed in another residents room. The porches and decks of the male and female housing units are
strictly "off limits" to the opposite sex.

17. All rooms are subject to inspections at any time, and any room that does not pass inspection may cause all
residents in that room to be discharged.

18. Residents will be solely responsible for their personal belongings. Ouachita Mountain Recovery will not be
responsible in any way for lost, missing, or damaged items belonging to any resident.

19. There will be no illegal hook-ups of cable/satellite, or use of cable boxes. Cable/satellite hook-ups will be done
legally, at your cost, and your risk. If bills are not current you will be required to cut-off services until the bill is paid
for.

20. No Phone hook-ups are permitted. Cell phones are permitted after the first fourteen days of residency. OMRC
phones are available to assist in job search. Personal use of OMRC phones is restricted to necessary calls as
approved by the Director or House Managers. Incoming personal calls for residents will not be accepted.

21. Residents will wash their personal laundry and bedding every seven days or more frequently as needed. Each
resident is personally responsible to coordinate the laundry facilities use with the other residents.

22. There are no sharing of clothes, personal property, loaning money, borrowing vehicles, including bikes by
either staff or residents.

23, There will be no congregating outside, no loud music or discussions, no walkmans, caps, sunglasses,
bandanas, or inappropriate dress allowed.

24. Smoking is not allowed in any OMR building. (Please dispose of butts properly.)

25. Candles and incense are not allowed in the individual rooms.

26. Pornographic or sexually explicit materials are not allowed on the premises.

27. Any medical conditions and/or injuries must be brought to the attention of the house manager immediately.

28. You may be requested to submit to a U/A at any time, which may include either with cause or without. Another
resident may request someone to be tested if that persons behavior warrants it.

29. Any situation that requires police involvement must be discussed with the house manager before the police are
called, (any police involvement without house manager approval will be grounds for discharge).

30. Any and all prescription medications, will be kept, and locked up by the house manager and dispensed
according to the instructions on the bottle. Any Rx. Medications that have an unreadable label will be disposed of.
Also, failure to surrender any and all medications will cause you to be discharged. Self-administration of
prescription and non-prescription medication will be approved by the Director or House Managers.

Employment

31. All residents must seek full or part-time employment within the first fourteen days of residence and remain
employed or actively seeking employment during their entire residence at OMRC. Employment guidance and
assistance is available from the staff. You are not permitted to quit a job without first discussing it with the house
manager, (employment status will be checked on periodically)

32. There are certain types of employment that are not allowed, and you must speak with the house manager prior
to accepting employment with anyplace.

Meetings

33. You must obtain a Home Group and a Sponsor (You must provide a contact name and phone number), within
the first week of residency, and this will be verified. If you decide to end your relationship with your sponsor it is
mandatory that this action be taken with the full knowledge of the Director and your House Manager. A new
sponsor must be in place immediately upon termination of the relationship with the current sponsor. Failure to
comply will result in immediate discharge.

34. You are required to attend at least 90 (ninety) 12-Step meetings during your first 90 days, after the first 90 days
you are required to attend at least 4 (four) 12-Step meetings per week, have a program book, (Big Book, NA Text,
etc.), and have your meeting slip signed by a member of the group, and not another resident, and attend
on-premises "House Meetings" which are held once per week, 1-2 hours per meeting.

Transportation

35.Personal transportation needs will be the responsibility of each resident. Group transportation to meetings etc.
will be provided by the center on an "as available" basis.

36. Automobiles are encouraged however, for the first 14 days of residency driving privliges are not permitted
without approval of the Director or House manager. All vehicles used by and/or parked on OMRC premises must
comply with all motor vehicle registration laws. A copy of the proof of legally required insurance will be provided
OMRC prior to bringing the vehicle onto OMRC property. The resident must possess a current, valid operator's
license in order to park a vehicle on OMRC premises. Also, there will be no storage of vehicles. Repair or
maintenance of motor vehicles will not be allowed at any place on OMRC property except for minor repairs or
maintenance as approved by the director or staff. Washing and waxing of vehicles is permitted in approved areas.

37. Bikes and other modes of transportation must be stored in the appropriate locations, and security for these are
at your own responsibility.

Other
38. Any delegation, directive, or request that is made by staff will then become a rule.

39. Any resident who is aware of a rules infraction and does not notify the house manager immediately will be
subject to discharge. This includes finding out later that you knew about it.

40. The Director, after a meeting with the House Managers and staff, may discharge a resident at any time it is
determined that the resident's conduct is hazardous to himself, others, or to the harmony of the center. Discharged
persons will not receive a return of any portion of rents paid.

41. All rules and regulations are subject to additions and changes at the house managers discretion.

42. Any resident who voluntarily leaves or that is discharged may not re-apply for re-entry for a period of six
months.

Special Notes

This is not a complete list of all the possible rules and/or violations that may happen, so to insure a healthy, happy,
drug and alcohol free recovery environment please do your part to use common sense when it comes to either
doing or not doing something that may affect yours and others continued stay.

Finally, staff will not take the role of cop, lawyer, or investigator. This means discharges will occur without
investigation of who did what, what was said, who is, or who is not at fault.
